Don’t Be Fooled By Gluten-Free Cures

Posted

From the Canadian Celiac Association – Kelowna Chapter:

A safety reminder to those new to Celiac Disease and gluten sensitivity. There are many different enzyme products on the market that make it sound like you can eat gluten if you take their product fist.

Don’t be fooled.

They do not work. They are not approved by Health Canada or the FDA. The only cure currently available is a gluten-free diet.
